Overview:

ASHMAND is one of Egypt’s leading suppliers of telecom, Special Gear, and Missions Critical Equipment – Turnover: over a billion and half Egyptian Pound. Main Client: The government of Egypt.

Services Required:

ASHMAND found it was grounded in a narrow supply profile/area and wanted to extend the range  of supplied equipment and  add new and  different Government divisions  to their portfolio.

They approached ACCESS sbs to study a new line of tenders they never bid for, source from all over the world, and partner with new suppliers to bid exclusively for tenders they usually pass on.

Outcome:

In the time frame not exceeding 18 months, ACCESS sbs helped ASHMAND bid for over 8 tenders to supply equipment they never handled before. ASHMAND won 3 tenders with a total value of $450,000 (Net Profit > 25%) and signed 5 new agency agreements opening 3 new channels inside the government they wouldn’t have considered tackling otherwise.

The current value of tenders under bid exceed $5 Million and prospects are high for closing at least quarter of this number
